Announcing the Patron of Budleigh Library - Graham Hurley
April 29, 2017
We are delighted to announce that Graham Hurley, the celebrated novelist, has agreed to be Patron of the Friends of Budleigh Library.

Graham spent twenty years scripting and producing documentary programmes for ITV, which earned him a number of awards. He is now a full-time writer and lives with his wife, Lin, in Exmouth. To date, he has published more than thirty books. These have included a number of 'stand alone’ novels and factual books, but he is probably best known for his policiers featuring the Portsmouth detective DI Joe Faraday, and for his more recent series of Jimmy Suttle novels set in East Devon. Graham’s books are highly regarded both nationally and internationally - the Joe Faraday stories have been adapted for French TV - and are notably popular inn Budleigh Library. Graham’s latest novel, Finisterre, of a Second World War trilogy. Aurore, and Estocado are to follow.
